Sales Development Representative
About The Position
Massivit, a leading large-format additive manufacturing company, is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B sales. This is a pivotal role at the frontline of the company’s sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and nurturing leads. Working closely with the company’s HQ Marketing Team and with our global sales teams, you will track and respond to incoming requests from online leads, create ongoing insightful CRM reports, and find ways to optimize the SDR approach and process according to competitor data and customer pain points. The role also involves online CRM marketing operations such as setting up landing pages and automated nurturing funnels.
Responsibilities:
· Daily CRM monitoring of leads + prompt follow up via emails &phone calls:
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to determine their fit with Massivit’s products and services. Gather essential information about the prospect's needs, pain
points, and budget to prioritize and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
· Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to identify potential customers and build a robust pipeline of leads. Utilize various
channels, such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking, to engage with prospects and create interest in Massivit’s 3D large format printing
solutions.
· Creation of weekly/quarterly CRM reports on leads including data valuable to the sales process
· Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Address customer inquiries and provide relevant
information to facilitate the sales process.
· CRM Marketing operations: Ability to implement campaigns (landing pages, emails, nurturing funnels)
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify potential target industries
and companies that could benefit from Massivit’s technology.
· Management of online Customer Portal – Requires basic website management skills
Requirements
· 2-4 years of relevant experience as SDR
· Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably for high-end industrial equipment
· Experience with Hubspot
· Driven. A passion for meeting sales and marketing goals. A proactive approach to optimizing and refining the SDR
process and willingness for teamwork to secure deals.
· A data-driven approach, analytical
· Flexibility to adjust and improve SDR messaging and pitch per target industry to secure results
· A hunger for continuous learning of products and competitor updates.
· Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably for high-end industrial equipment
· Experience with industrial systems or 3D printers or manufacturing or hardware - an advantage
