About The Position
About Massivit: Massivit is a global leader in 3D printing solutions for industries like automotive, marine, and architecture. We seek to revolutionize large-scale prototyping and manufacturing.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced CFO to oversee all financial activities and drive our financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience in public and global companies, and a proven ability to manage financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage investor relations and stakeholder communications.
- Manage and mentor the finance team.
- Collaborate with departments on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- Proven record as a CFO.
- Proven experience in a public company.
- Proven experience working in a global company.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary company is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
