Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager at our Atlanta office in the USA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while supporting various functions such as marketing coordination and finance support.

The Office Manager Report to VP Sales and Marketing

 

Responsibilities:

Marketing Coordination:

Handle the logistics and coordination of "open houses" and trade shows.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events are well-planned and executed effectively.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional items as needed.

Managing and evaluating local marketing campaigns

Local follow up on social media engagement strategy

Managing local North America budgets for marketing campaigns

Reviewing advertising material for print and digital media

Preparing advertising contracts

 

 

Office Management:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendors.

Maintain office efficiency by implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures.

Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.

 

Finance Support:

Assist the finance team based in Israel with various administrative tasks.

Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.

Help with organizing financial records and maintaining financial databases.

 



 

 











Requirements

Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Willingness to travel and support trade shows when needed.

Familiarity with basic finance and accounting principles is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
