Sales Manager

About The Position

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the United States. This remote role is ideal for candidates based in the south – southwest region and offers an exciting opportunity to grow a defined territory, engage with cutting-edge industries, and shape the future of large-format 3D printing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets in the US territory.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads within target industries such as manufacturing, automotive, scenic fabrication, and more.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and live demonstrations of Massivit's 3D printing solutions.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and align messaging with market demands.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in 3D printing, industrial equipment, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • A strong network in industries such as signage, automotive, entertainment, or aerospace is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote role while managing complex sales cycles.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, trade shows, and company events (up to 40% travel).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
