Job Description– Integrator
As a 3D Printer Integration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration and operation of MASSIVit 3D printers. You will be crucial in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing the 3D printing workflow, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet the organization’s objectives. Your technical expertise and knowledge of our unique 3D printing technologies will be essential in implementing efficient and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware Setup and Configuration: Install, calibrate, and configure 3D printers and related equipment. Ensure proper connectivity, network integration, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Software Integration: Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate 3D printing software into existing systems, ensuring seamless data transfer, file format compatibility, and process automation.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing 3D printing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to the printers. Perform routine maintenance, including firmware updates, component replacements, and calibration adjustments.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent output and adherence to specifications. Conduct regular inspections, perform test prints, and analyze results to identify and address any deviations or defects.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to users, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders involved in the 3D printing process. Educate them on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and safety guidelines.
Role Description:
- Performing integration tests for advanced, multidisciplinary 3D printing systems.
- Overall system Responsibility from the end of the assembly phase to the delivery of a proper product to the customer,
- Calibrating, locating, and solving faults if they arise during the tests.
- Building prototypes for test components.

Requirements:
- Technician/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineer or relevant equivalent education.
- At least two years of experience working with computer-controlled mechanical/electrical systems.
- High English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide training and support to end-users.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and process optimization.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly learn new software and hardware systems.
- Experience as an integrator of multidisciplinary systems – an advantage.
- Experience in mechanical assemblies – an advantage.
- Previous experience working with 3D printers, knowledge of 3D printing technologies, processes, and materials – an advantage.
- Knowledge of Solid Works software – an advantage.
- Background in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel abroad, approx. 30%
