Massivit Announces Entry into Defense and Aerospace Sector

Company has signed an MOU with composites manufacturer, Comparts, to establish joint production site for defense and aerospace manufacturing

LOD, Israel, September 3, 2025 Massivit 3D Printing Technologies (TASE: MSVT), a leading provider of industrial 3D printing systems, today announced the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding with Comparts to establish an advanced manufacturing center aimed at strengthening the supply chain for the defense and aerospace industries.

This new strategic cooperation will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the rapid production of molds for composite components, significantly enhancing the technological independence of Israeli defense companies. The center will specialize in fast, high-quality mold production for composite materials manufacturing processes, providing a critical response to the growing demand in Israel and worldwide for efficient, customized production methods in defense and aerospace.

Composite materials, such as carbon fiber and fiberglass, are central to the development of
next-generation aircraft — particularly unmanned and autonomous vehicles — as well as
defense systems. Because composite manufacturing depends on mold production,
traditional mold-making processes have been a bottleneck: they are time-intensive,
complex, and often outsourced abroad, causing delays and dependency on external
suppliers.

The new production center is designed to dramatically shorten delivery times, enabling mold production within weeks instead of months.

Yossi Azarzar, CEO of Massivit, stated:
“Israel is globally recognized for its technological innovation, but production bottlenecks are slowing progress in aerospace and defense. By combining Massivit’s groundbreaking large-
scale 3D printing technology with Comparts’ expertise in composite assemblies, we are creating a unique solution that directly addresses urgent market needs. This initiative will reduce the backlog of orders, empower Israeli defense companies, and strengthen local production capabilities. It also represents an important milestone in Massivit’s strategy to expand into stable, high-demand markets — particularly defense and aviation. The joint center will act as a comprehensive hub, offering services from design through to final product, thereby reinforcing Israel’s technological independence in today’s challenging geopolitical environment.”

Mickey Furman, CEO of Comparts, added:
“Our customers are facing increasing challenges with importing components while simultaneously accelerating system development. Partnering with Massivit provides an immediate, strategic solution to both issues, offering a significant advantage to the local and global aerospace and defense industries. Even ahead of the formal agreement, Massivit has already produced a series of molds that we successfully delivered to one of our leading defense clients — proving the value of this partnership from day one.”

Both CEOs emphasized that the collaboration is 100% based on Israeli technologies and capabilities and that the new center will serve as a national production infrastructure, accelerating innovation and providing a competitive edge for Israeli defense exports.
