SikaBiresin® CIM 120 is an aluminium-filled, epoxy material co-developed with Sika for high-speed tooling applications on the Massivit 10000 series. Leveraging Massivit’s Cast In Motion technology, it enables automated tooling for composite molds, vacuum forming tools, jigs, fixtures, and masters. Key advantages: enables production of isotropic, 3D printed molds. High-dimensional accuracy with low shrinkage, good mechanical properties after post curing, and good vacuum retention.
